Cynthia Torto is a British Ghanaian brand strategist with more than twenty years of international experience across brand, marketing communications and experiential strategy.
Her work has spanned the creative, telecoms and energy sectors, from shaping brand architecture and propositions for emerging technologies to leading global sponsorships, major partnerships and rebrands. She is known for turning insight into ideas that move a business forward, and for the relationships she builds along the way.
She is a Winston Churchill Fellow and a Clore Duffield Fellow, was recognised as Best Leader at the Women in Marketing Awards in 2024, and was named among the Empower Top 100 Future Leaders.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has championed the capability of Global Majority creative industries, with Africa a sustained focus. Meridian brings that commitment into one place, as a home for the next generation of African marketing leaders.
